Alignment

Alignment is a key component to living your healthiest life. It’s not just about doing healthy things. It’s more than that. In order to live healthy (physically, mentally, emotionally, all areas of health) you need alignment to get started and to stay with it. It’s internal first. That’s just the layers of conditioning you are pushing against, it’s the resistance of all the other peoples’ voices telling you to listen to them instead of trusting yourself, instead of trusting your own voice. We’ve been trained to listen to everything outside of us. We’ve been trained to borr...
